Returns
• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• To initiate a return, email help@fitzroyferry.com with your order number.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include photos and a brief description in your email.
